This weekend, Green Dot Labs is featuring two of our favorite sweet 21st Century Hashplants in the Black Label Flower lineup: Blue Apricot (Blue Sherbert x Legend Orange Apricot F2) and Candy Cake (Z Cake x Jungle Cake).
One of the few hazy strains in our garden, Blue Apricot made its Black Label Flower debut as part of our Flower Relief program, which gifted free cannabis to members of our community impacted by the pandemic in April 2020. This standout cultivar boasts a distinctive palate with notes of citrus rind, haze and blue raspberry. The terps are true to nose and stay strong through the last toke, with a hint of sweetness that lingers on the palate.
Candy Cake is a Cali classic that has achieved staple status in our grow and in our seshes. An MVP among our mothers, this cultivar is also an absolute delight to smoke, with sweet vanilla icing and fuel terps in perfect balance. She packs a potent punch, with a powerful high that delivers a light buzz alongside deep relaxation.
Like all Black Label Flower, these cultivars represent the best of the best from our genetic library. We only select the most potent, flavorful, resinous strains to grow with love and cure to perfection. The result is a truly outstanding smoke that burns velvety smooth and leaves a white ash–the ultimate sign of clean, properly cured weed.
