The giveaway is organized by Green Dot Labs (GDL Inc.). - Eligibility
Open only to legal residents physically located in Arizona or Colorado who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the organizer, its marketing affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. (MST) on April 1,2026 and ends at 11:59 a.m. (MST) on July 31, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period are void. - How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by scanning the QR code displayed on promotional materials in participating dispensary locations and submitting the online entry form with a valid name and email address.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries or entries generated by script, macro, or automated means will be void.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Internet access required.
- Winner Selection
On or about July 31, 2026 one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. - Winner Notification and Verification
The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided within two (2) business days after the drawing.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to confirm eligibility and coordinate prize delivery.
Failure to respond within that period, inability to verify age 21+, or provision of invalid contact information will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted by law. - Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: GDL x Joe P Alïen Frōōt dry pipe (glass only; no cannabis or cannabis products included).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500 USD.
Prize will be shipped or delivered to the verified winner’s address or coordinated for local delivery/pick-up in Colorado or Arizona.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash, except at Green Dot Labs’ sole discretion if the prize becomes unavailable. - Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to take a photo with the prize and grants Green Dot Labs permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. - General Conditions
Green Dot Labs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined in its sole discretion.
Green Dot Labs also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Green Dot Labs, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- Limitation of Liability
Green Dot Labs is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind that may limit the ability to participate. - Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Green Dot Labs’ Privacy Policy.
Personal information will be used only to administer this Giveaway and, if consented to, to send marketing communications. - Marketing Communications
By submitting the entry form, participants consent to receive email marketing from Green Dot Labs (GDL Inc.) at the email address provided.
Consent is not a condition of entry or purchase. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Email addresses will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to administer the Giveaway or fulfill prizes. - Regulatory Compliance
This Giveaway complies with applicable cannabis advertising and promotion laws in Arizona and Colorado.
The prize does not include any cannabis or THC-containing product.
All advertising for this Giveaway is restricted to audiences 21 and older, includes appropriate age-gating, and will not use imagery, characters, or content appealing to minors.
Participants must comply with all applicable state and local laws governing cannabis promotions.
State-Specific Disclosures
Winner must be a legal resident physically located in Colorado or Arizona at the time of entry.
Arizona Entrants
For participants entering or residing in Arizona, this Giveaway is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Arizona.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
This promotion complies with the Arizona Department of Health Services and state advertising restrictions under A.R.S. § 36-2859, including 21+ age restrictions and prohibitions on marketing to minors.
Colorado Entrants
For participants entering or residing in Colorado, this Giveaway is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Colorado.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
This promotion complies with the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division advertising rules (1 CCR 212-3-3.720) and other applicable state and local regulations.
Prize does not include any regulated marijuana or marijuana products.
